Dux In Tux 2010

So because the company that I work for - CenSource, Inc. - is a sponsor for the ducks and the owner of the company is my father... my whole family got to attend the Ducks in Tux event at the Hilton in Anaheim. There are silent and live auctions to raise money for the Ducks Foundation and the top chefs in Orange County come and serve the tables so each table is eating something different, but equally delectable and a teammate helps the chefs cook. Our teammate was Ryan Getzlaf. We got to have the Anaheim White House serve us and we have eaten there before with Bobby Ryan so we were very excited. If you're looking for a REALLY nice and kind of pricey date idea, the White House is an excellent choice. The food is spectacular.


This was my favorite out of all 5 courses... it was a ravioli stuffed with duck and the sauce & noodles were super good!
