while tyler was out of town for work last month i decided to take a drive. a really long drive. i went to visit the lovely clausen family in their new home of rexburg idaho where they are attending byu idaho. it was so good to see where they live and meet some new friends of theirs. it was also nice running into some old friends on campus! we had so much fun together. my brother in law morgan makes me laugh like no one else. not living near him for the last few months made me forget how great it was to laugh until your stomach hurts!
not living near this family has been very very difficult. they are so great to be around and i love them more than words can express. thank goodness for facetime and google hang outs... it really makes it feel like we're together.

we went bowling. i lost...
we snuggled. we relaxed. we drank delicious smoothies. we enjoyed our time together.
living away from my family is something very new and i am getting used to it. it is fun to be able to visit and to have the freedom to do so. i also know that no matter when or where i needed them these people would be there for me. to know and feel of that love, even though it's far away, makes my heart swell with gratitude and love for my family members. i really am so blessed.

You go on lots of trips lately! I'm jealous! Your hair has gotten so long and gorgeous. Jealous of that too :). Hope you are doing well!
