brylee sue turns two!

i cannot believe that this little girl is already 2 years old!!! since brylee came into the world our family has been so blessed. she is such a pleasant little person to be around! we all love her to pieces and have so much fun being around her. kimberly threw her an awesome mickey mouse clubhouse party. everything was so cute! the decorations, desserts and even the food. so many people came and we all had a great time. we love you brylee sue!!! happy birthday!

sprinkles cupcakes and little corona

being back in SoCal has been fantastic. we have really loved being able to spend time with our friends and family again! one weekend in particular we hit up sprinkles cupcakes and headed down to little corona to dip our toes in the water and check out the tide pools. it was beautiful! i stood on the shore while the waves crashed over the rocks and i just took it all in. i was overwhelmingly grateful to be back home. back where i belong. back in the place i love so much. california, i love you.

san diego temple date

our first week back in california we headed to san diego. we love san diego! we visited with friends and went to the san diego temple. i have always loved that temple and how it looks like a castle. i love the peace i find when i attend the temple and that i can feel the spirit of the Lord there. i can't imagine not being able to go there whenever i want to, i know that i will always do my best to remain worthy of the blessings of the temple as long as i live.

disneyland!

having the clausen's here for a month and a half was SO much fun! uncle greggy got us all into disneyland and we had a blast. brylee was a little older this time so she was more into it than the last time we went. it was really cute. we could all just stand around and watch her all day and be completely satisfied. thank you disneyland for your entertainment, clam chowder and sour dough bread and kiddy rides. we love you!
